A support is a study of St Andrews University (Scotland) and the University of Bristol (United Kingdom) that make the difference on skin color would be especially the consumption of carrots and plums.

The researchers recruited 40 volunteers who were shown the faces of 51 Scots had to vote in the attractiveness and healthiness of the face: and it was found that the majority of participants rated the faces with a shade of yellow skin and cookies will only healthier but also more attractive than the others.

Of course that depends on the type of yellow and also by the culture, the Scots are very clear and nice people will find it a bit more golden, but it is also true that often eat carotene supplements (especially in summer) to stimulate tan or prevent erythema. So why not combine the useful and the delightful lunch. According to Ian Stephen, one of the researchers, this study could help doctors really convince people to eat more healthily.
